Returns & Exchanges
It's OK if it wasn't what you wanted.
We love happy customers. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of the shipping date. No returns allowed on "Final Sale" garments.
Here's how it works:

Place your request
1. Log on to our returns portal and start your request.

Send it back
2. Ship the item(s) back using our prepaid return label.

Get your credit
3. We’ll process your return email you when complete.
Some important details:
- An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when you return your item(s).
- All returns must be processed through our returns portal. We'll send you an email when your return has been processed and your refund (less the $8.00 if applicable) has been issued. Look out for an email with the subject line “Your refund is complete!”
- Returned items must be new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and the original tags must be attached.
- Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the shipping date.
- FINAL SALE items can NOT be returned. Final Sale is clearly marked on each product page, at check out and on your order confirmation.
- We do NOT accept items purchased from any other retailer besides yummie.com.
- We’re sorry, but international customers are responsible to return using their own shipping method.
- Delivery and return shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Timing
Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed. We will send you an email with your gift card or notification of refund when complete. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
This rarely happens, but if this does, we of course want to get it fixed ASAP.Contact our Customer Service Team directly via email at customercare@yummie.com. Please include pictures of your defective item(s) if sending an email. Our hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please provide your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You will NOT be charged the $8.00 return shipping fee for a defective or damaged item(s).
